Project Phases

Phase 1 – Winter 2026

  • Construction of new temporary buildings and hard play area
  • Decanting of school

Phase 2 – Winter/Spring 2027 / Spring
2028

  • Demolition of existing school building
  • Construction of new school building with adjacent external areas & landscaping
Phase 3 – Summer 2028
  • Occupation of new school building
  • Removal of temporary buildings
  • Construction of Multi Use Games Area (MUGA) and sports pitch

Site Operations

Ongoing co-ordination will ensure consistent standards

and that buildability is embedded in the designs. This will

support minimal construction programme, minimise

material waste and environmental disruption.

Contractors will ensure that due consideration is taken

of the environmental site needs and the needs of

neighbouring landowners, occupiers and the Church.

Typically, this would require controls on site traffic, site

hours of operation, site noise and waste management.

  • Site working Hours
    8am to 6pm Monday to Friday
    8am to 13.00 on Saturdays (only as required)
  • Main site access/egress off Winchester Road into School Car park
  • Restricted delivery periods during school term
    No Deliveries between 8.30 – 9.15 and 14:45 – 15:15
  • Site parking for operatives will be off site in local free public car park
  • Disruptive works programmed during school closures or out of hours
  • Traditional build with steel frame, brickwork façade, green flat roofs with solar panels
